Shipping policy

How soon will my order ship?

We strive to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days if the order does not include custom items. Orders that do include custom items have a current turn-around time of 5-10 business days. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering items as a gift for a special occasion. 

If you need your order by a certain day, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it happen! 

Orders will usually take between 3-5 business days after that for delivery, based on your location and shipping option chosen. 

Once you receive an email from us stating that the order has been shipped, we at Mackenzie and Co. are no longer responsible for the package, as the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex) is in control of the package at this point. Thank you for understanding!

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If your order has not shipped, I am happy to update the address for you. Simply send me an email. If your order is already en route, there is not a way to make any changes. 

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. 

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, any non-customized items can be returned. Please see the return policy page for more information.
